簡歷:
ScAlN化合物材料生長與微結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)控課題組負(fù)責(zé)人,長期從事III-V族化合物半導(dǎo)體材料外延生長與器件結(jié)構(gòu)及性能研究,2020年獲中國科學(xué)院“率先行動”引才計劃支持,獨立搭建了一套晶圓級III?族氮化物分子束外延系統(tǒng)(MBE),已研制出輸運性能達(dá)到國際先進(jìn)水平的Sc0.18Al0.82N/GaN異質(zhì)結(jié)外延材料、晶體質(zhì)量國際領(lǐng)先的Sc0.37Al0.63N鐵電單晶薄膜材料,目前主持國家基金委面上項目,擔(dān)任Nanomaterials期刊客座編委。
