簡(jiǎn)歷:
2016年獲新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)光學(xué)工程專(zhuān)業(yè)博士學(xué)位;2016-2019年在新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)電氣與電子工程學(xué)院從事博士后研究工作,2019-2021在劍橋大學(xué)電子工程系開(kāi)展博士后研究工作; 2022年獲得海外高技術(shù)人才計(jì)劃并任職中國(guó)科學(xué)院蘇州納米所,主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委青年、面上項(xiàng)目,江蘇省自然科學(xué)基金委青年項(xiàng)目等。長(zhǎng)期從事高性能紅外光電器件及其應(yīng)用研究,對(duì)新型光電材料的理論設(shè)計(jì)、材料制備、電子器件制備和器件工作機(jī)理等核心問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,迄今為止在SCI權(quán)威期刊上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文50余篇,以第一作者/共同第一作者身份在國(guó)際著名期刊發(fā)表論文21篇,包括Nature Communications、Advanced Energy Materials、Advanced Functional Materials 、Nano Energy和Optica等,H因子34,ESI高被引論文4篇,論文引用3000余次,并申請(qǐng)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利11項(xiàng)已獲授權(quán)7項(xiàng)。
研究領(lǐng)域:
1. 紅外光電核心器件:瞄準(zhǔn)紅外光電領(lǐng)域所需的核心材料和器件,發(fā)展新型半導(dǎo)體材料、光電子學(xué)解決紅外光源、探測(cè)器和調(diào)制器等核心器件難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題的新方法和新技術(shù)。研究?jī)?nèi)容包括半導(dǎo)體材料與器件物理、器件仿真、微納加工工藝、組件集成和瞬態(tài)/微區(qū)紅外光電測(cè)試等。
2. 新型光電材料:針對(duì)高性能光電器件發(fā)展要求,開(kāi)展新型低維材料光電器件(探測(cè)及發(fā)光)研究,包括膠體量子點(diǎn)、鈣鈦礦、二維材料等,覆蓋近紅外至中紅外光譜波段范圍。
